An Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to service the department and/or group of individual members of a department that the Administrative Assistant is dedicated to. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting our team in communication with the legal claimants (e.g. heirs, estate representatives, etc.) of a deceased account owner’s asset. This position will require an energetic, well-organized and detail-oriented individual able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is based out of our Corporate office in New York, NY.
