We are a financial research & recovery firm that assists account owners reclaim money associated with inactive financial accounts. A Contact Center Representative is the primary interface with customers of Keane’s Customized Shareholder Solutions Division. This is a customer service and sales role in which the person works independently and with only general supervision.
This position is responsible for answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls from potential customers, educating them regarding unclaimed property and their accounts, and determining their eligibility to file a claims for assets that are at risk of turning over to the state. Working Hours 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
