Contact Center Representative

Entry level opportunity in King of Prussia Operations Center! 

We are a financial research & recovery firm that assists account owners reclaim money associated with inactive financial accounts. A Contact Center Representative is the primary interface with customers of Keane’s Customized Shareholder Solutions Division. This is a customer service and sales role in which the person works independently and with only general supervision. 

This position is responsible for answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls from potential customers, educating them regarding unclaimed property and their accounts, and determining their eligibility to file a claims for assets that are at risk of turning over to the state. Working Hours 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Duties:  Include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Contact account owners by phone on a daily basis.
  • Explain recovery process and additional services we offer. 
  • Receive 30-40 inbound calls daily.
  • Place 10-20 outbound calls to warm customers.
  • Delivery exceptional customer service and use appropriate judgment and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent of education and experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service or inside sales, or similar relevant experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong process and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment
