Operations Specialist

An Operations Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of both the inbound and outbound mail for the Company. This position will require an energetic, well-organized and detail-oriented individual able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Specialist is responsible for preparing and mailing letters, scanning and attaching documents, processing inbound mail, and general clerical duties, (i.e., copy, fax, file, sort correspondence) on a daily basis.

Duties: Include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage all mail machines
  • Scanning and attach documents.
  • Preparing and mailing letters.
  • Perform general clerical duties, (i.e., copy, fax, file, sort correspondence) on a daily basis.
  • Process inbound letters and update records.
  • Review data records accuracy and correctness.
  • Hand-folding of some outbound mail.
  • Perform other related duties as may be required.


  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience in performing various clerical duties
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desirable
