Training Associate

Keane is seeking a Training Associate to join our growing King of Prussia team!

The Training Associate reports to the Director of Training and along with the Director of Training, is responsible for the training and support of all Keane employees. This includes new hire training, technical systems training, and other professional development associated with improving organization efficiency and effectiveness. The Training Associate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and extremely polished presentation skills.

Duties: Include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Director of Training with curriculum development and training of newly hired Keane employees and their functions.
  • Documentation of Keane policies and procedures.
  • Development of advanced skills training for Keane staff.
  • Responsible for maintenance of updated letters and forms required for processing accounts.
  • Assist in the development of proficiency testing.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and track resulting increases in productivity.
  • Attend meetings with management to address process issues and updates to policies/procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Education, English, or Business Administration preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years training experience in adult education programs preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in documentation software (primarily Microsoft Word)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Successful experience in working as part of a team

  • Frequent travel to Keane’s NYC office.
